RETURN POLICY:

**NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY DATE. RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED BY STORE CREDIT ONLY VIA A DIGITAL GIFT CARD.

We understand items may not fit and you may need a smaller or larger size. We ask you notify us immediately at:

Email: Info@herheight.com with Subject: Return Request: Order# XXXXX AND MAIL IT BACK ASAP IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR MERCHANDISE CREDIT. Credit will only be issued after the product is received and inspected. See below:

RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale. 
2. Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned 

***Non-returnable merchandise include: sale and mark down products

3. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke.

4. The customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Her Height.

5. Shipping fees are non refundable.

6. Her Height diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.

**Please include your original packing slip so we know who you are. If you've misplaced your packing slip no worries, you may enclose a note with your full name and/or order number. A merchandise credit will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Upon receipt of your package, your return for a store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. 

 
PROCESSING TIME : "When will my order ship?"
All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 3 business days.
We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email. 

 
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
 
 
HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
******All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 3-4 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated time of arrival is:
US Orders:
1. USPS/UPS standard shipping 5-7 business days.

2. Express mail 1-2 business days.

International Orders:
1. USPS Priority international mail (7-14 business days)
 
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment. For international orders, Standard Airmail includes a customs form label number that can be used to locate your package, but is not an actual tracking number.
